Our team of experts, including Michaelangelo Mancini, Victor Padilla, and Tatianna Trotman, will guide you through yoga, breath work, meditation, journaling, art, and other activities.     Tatianna Trotman

    Tatianna is a private yoga/retreat instructor and photographer. She loves to use yoga as a tool to bring people into community, connect with our mind & body, and become free. Photography has been a tool for Tatianna to create images that tell stories, create emotion, and educate.

    Michaelangelo Mancini

    Michaelangelo leads a Mental Health Workshop/Sharing Circle titled Breaking the Stone : a Grassroots Strategy to Navigate Emotion. He also lead a Men’s Group titled A Gathering Of Warriors. Both groups are designed to honor fully authentic expression. His discovery of Spirituality was nurtured by his old mentor, Joe Dileo.

    Victor Padilla

    Meet Victor, a registered nurse and integrative mindset and meditation coach who is excited to connect with you. He specializes in supporting individuals to create a more balanced and integrated approach to their personal and professional lives. Through a combination of meditation practices, mindfulness techniques, and coaching methods, he helps people let go of old beliefs, patterns, and ideas that are no longer serving them, so they can create a more positive and fulfilling life.
